These terms apply to theneary.com and The Neary early subscriber list. Please review them before using the site or joining.

The product and this website

The Neary is a golf measuring product in development. Images are concepts, and final appearance, materials, dimensions, features, pricing, production quantities, and shipping dates have not been finalized. The site is an invitation to register interest, not an offer to sell a finished product.

The early subscriber list

Joining is free. No payment, purchase, preorder, reservation, investment, or ownership interest is created by signing up. Submit an email address you control and accurate information. By joining, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy and request occasional product, launch, and marketing updates; you can opt out by contacting us as described in our Privacy Policy.

Manufacturing milestones

The 100- and 500-signup milestones express our current manufacturing and launch plan. Reaching 100 helps us proceed with manufacturing; at 500 we plan our first mass-production run and shipping to early subscribers who choose to order. These milestones are not guarantees that production or delivery will occur by a particular date. Manufacturing remains subject to product validation, supplier readiness, costs, and other practical requirements. We will communicate material changes.

The live counter counts unique saved signup addresses, excluding designated example-domain test entries. It is an expression-of-interest count, not a count of paid orders or independently verified customers. Counts can change as invalid, duplicate, test, or withdrawn entries are corrected.

40% early-subscriber offer

Early subscribers are eligible for 40% off the product’s launch retail price when the first production run becomes available to order. Signing up does not reserve inventory or guarantee a delivery date. The final product price, available quantities, redemption instructions, shipping charges, and applicable taxes will be disclosed before you decide whether to purchase. No automatic charge will be made. Any future purchase will be subject to the purchase and shipping terms presented at checkout. Gift and stocking-stuffer suggestions do not promise availability for a particular holiday or event.

Responsible use

Do not submit other people’s addresses without their permission, send automated or abusive requests, interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site unlawfully. Share the website link with friends so they can choose to sign up themselves. Product use must follow final instructions and applicable golf-course rules.

Content and third-party services

Site text, branding, and product imagery belong to The Neary or their respective owners. You may share links and use the site for personal, lawful purposes. Other uses of the content require permission unless allowed by law. Cloudflare and external sharing services operate under their own applicable terms and privacy notices.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep information accurate and the site available, but development information may change and service interruptions can occur. To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided as available without warranties about uninterrupted operation or error-free content, and we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Updates and contact

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version. Changes will not silently remove an earned early-subscriber benefit; material changes to launch plans or offer details will be communicated. Questions can be sent to The Neary at support@theneary.com.
