Privacy Policy

This policy explains how The Neary handles information collected through theneary.com and its early subscriber list.

Information we collect

When you join, we collect your email address, whether you are a golfer, golf course, or tournament organizer, any estimated quantity you select, and signup and consent timestamps. We also keep confirmation-email sending status and provider message identifiers.

Cloudflare processes technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device signals, and request information to host and secure this site, deliver email, and help prevent abuse. Our application uses a daily rotating hash derived from an IP address for signup rate limits, rather than storing the raw address in its rate-limit table. Those rate-limit records expire after 48 hours and are removed during subsequent signup requests.

How we use information

• Record your interest and early-subscriber eligibility.
• Send your signup confirmation and the product, manufacturing, availability, and launch emails you request.
• Understand golfer, course, and tournament demand.
• Prevent spam, secure the site, and resolve delivery problems.

The public progress counter shows a total only. It does not display subscriber email addresses or names.

Service providers and sharing

We use Cloudflare for website hosting, the D1 signup database, email delivery, and security. Where enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and device signals to distinguish legitimate signups from automated requests. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or rent the email list, or share it with advertisers for their own marketing. Information may be disclosed to service providers working on our behalf, when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

Cookies and browser storage

The site does not currently load advertising or cross-site marketing trackers. Cloudflare security services, including Turnstile when enabled, may process technical signals or use browser storage necessary for security. We will update this policy if our use of analytics or advertising changes.

Your choices

You can ask to stop product and launch emails, request access or correction, or request deletion by emailing support@theneary.com from your subscribed address. We may need to verify the request. We will honor applicable privacy rights and may keep a minimal suppression record to respect an opt-out or meet legal obligations.

Retention and security

We retain signup information while it is needed for the waitlist, launch communications, and administration of early-subscriber benefits, unless you request deletion or a longer period is required by law. We periodically review whether it remains necessary. We use HTTPS, restricted administrative access, and private server-side credentials. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Location, age, and external services

Service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. The site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Please contact us if you believe a child has submitted information. Native share tools and external links are subject to the receiving service’s own privacy practices.
